The Daily Routine (9)

So, I broadened my horizons and actually got out! I sat at Reidsville Swim Club and baked in the sun for a few hours. Somehow, actually getting a shade or two darker makes me feel productive. I like it. 

OK. Nine things I do everyday. I'll try to make some unique for just me, but I'm a pretty average person..

1 - Shower. So, you might be thinking "duh", but there are seriously people out there (that have the ability) that do not take showers everyday. Yeah, my afro kinda requires water every day. But, that's not even why I take showers. I like the clean feeling. I like scented soaps, haha. Yup. There's something 'bout a good shower..

2 - I exercise. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. JK. Hence the second thing (I can think of) that I do everyday. I joke around. I'm nowhere near as funny as my brother, Jon. (Don't tell him I said that.) But, I do enjoy a good laugh..

3 - This one's more of a "I'm supposed to do everyday" kinda thing. When I was..hmm..eight-ish, I was diagnosed with chronic acid reflux. I'm supposed to be taking Prilosec everyday for the rest of my life. Pretty much. Some days, I don't. Pshh. OK. Most days, I don't. I really don't like the idea of being on a drug for the rest of my life, but you know. It's either that or puke my guts out. 

4 - I spill things. Once a day. 100% guaranteed. I WILL spill something. Could be a lot. Could be practically nothing. I'm an accident prone person. For instance, today, I had an ice cream cone. I attempted driving with said ice cream cone. I spilled some all over my steering wheel. I'd love to blame the heat, but what kind of moron drives with an ice cream cone? Me. That should definitely be up there with texting and driving. No joke. Sorry, drivers of Reidsville. 

5 - This one's kinda shameful. I definitely get on Facebook everyday. Even if it's only for a few seconds. Ha. Who am I kidding? It's never only for a few seconds:P 

6 - I kill something. Of course, it's usually a bug, but there have been the occasional squirrels. I live in the "basement" of my house, so I pretty much get to experience the wonder of spiders and the like. It's not so bad after a few years:PPPP

7 - I sing. Be it bad or be it even worse than bad. I most definitely sing everyday. 

8 - I talk on the phone. 'Nough said. 

9 - Up until now, I've woken up every. single. day. Even if it wasn't until four in the afternoon. God has allowed me to wake up everyday for 17 years. 4 months. and 28 days. Kind of a simple thing to take for granted sometimes..
