Movies. Like I've said before, I love movies. It's just easy to get into movies. I'm that person who's eyes never leave the screen. I become 'part' of the characters' world and after two hours I feel like I'm leaving a friend or something. I become attached. I love that. Hate leaving, but love getting into stories and dialogue!
Anyways..
What? This movie came out in '91. Yeah. It did. But not in 3D. Love this movie. A lot. It comes out on January 13th, consequently, the day before my birthday and, I can't think of anything better to do than watch a movie I loved when I was 6..the day I turn 16. Of course, I can't stand the 3D glasses. At all. But, I'll survive.
Don't really know a lot about this movie. I thought the trailer was sorta funny, and the story line seemed ok-ish. What's really making me wanna see this is the whole "Queen Latifah vs. Dolly Parton" thing. I don't know..this could be an extremely bad movie, but my theater only charges $3 and I'll be 16. I have all the free time in the world. January 13th, 2012.
Ah. Yeah, I really, really, really wanna see this. It looks insanely interesting. Almost Inception-y. Ever since Avatar, I've been a Sam Worthington fan. He's good. And I'm hoping that this doesn't turn out to be some lame "thriller" but, you just never know anymore! January 27th, 2012.
Yes! Valentines Day 2012. Watch the trailer here! It's beautiful. I have to see it. Have to. I wish it was out now, but I'm sorta glad it doesn't come out until February. I'll be able to drive myself to see it any day I'd like ;) Licensed! But yeah, this is a must see for me. Wish it was based on a book..
February 17th, 2012. So, this movie is about two CIA agents (Chris Pine and Tom Hardy *sighs*) who find out that they've been dating the same woman (Reese Witherspoon) and basically wage 'war' on each other. I like the story plot. I like the actors. So..to make this brief....I'm seein' it.
"You're going to see a Dr. Seuss movie?" Heck yes. First off, this is my favorite Dr. Seuss story and, I'm not gonna miss it. More importantly, the actors.....Zac Efron. Yep, that's great. And who else? Taylor Swift. Yeah, I'm there. Not because I think either of them are phenomenal actors, but because I have to see what it's like. I just do. And if it's bad..hey..I'd have only spent $3. I ain't gonna cry..
March 9th, 2012. So, lately, I haven't been into Disney's non-animated movies. Tangled was wonderful. Animated. Pirates of the Caribbean 4: On Stranger Tides wasn't awful, but I wouldn't watch it 1/2 as many times as I've watched Tangled. Non-animated. Just taking a guess here..but I'm quite sure that Disney was meant to primarily deal with animation. In short, all these attempts at trying to become DreamWorks or Summit Entertainment are just getting quite irritating. Prince of Persia and even the Pirates' movies after the first one were and are pretty unremarkable. Do I think John Carter will be much better? No.
March 23rd, 2012. I recently started reading this book series and I love it! My goal is to finish all the books before the movie comes out that way if they screw anything up it won't ruin it for me. If it's anything like the books, it'll be good. Here's to hoping. And..I'm not trying to tell you what books to read, but I highly, highly recommend reading this series.
March 30th, 2012. Ok, so the minute Clash of the Titans ended, I knew that they weren't finished with it. There just had to be more. It's two years later and..there's more. Score. I love Sam Worthington, and from the trailers, this looks to be way better than it's forerunner.
Man..2012 is loaded with movies I have to see. Just loaded. In fact, it's so loaded I'm gonna split the blog into parts.
