Antique Alley, Reidsville Town Festival, Reidsville Homegrown Festival..whatever it's called..:P

October 7th, 8th, and 9th. The fair. The Reidsville fair. Most people wouldn't call it a "fair". Dixie Classic, NC State..those are fairs. This is basically local businesses, churches, organizations, committees, groups, random people putting up tents and letting you see what they have to "offer", but of course, we have all the fair food. Funnel cake, turkey legs, cotton candy, candy apples..the whole nine yards.

And of course, this is a crazy amazing way to share the gospel with people!

Every year, for I don't know how many years, our church has had a booth, tent-thingy and today was our "opening day" for lack of a better phrase. It was great! At our tent, we have all sorts of tracts and we do 'balloon art', hahaha. I totally fail when it comes to the balloon art, and it's a really good thing the balloon art isn't the tract..if you know what I'm saying..cause mine would be totally off the wall, but I tried..all day and I finally managed to compose somewhat of a dog-looking figure. Yeah!

By the way, that tired look over there -----------------> yeah, that was me before I finally got the hang of balloon dogs..

Yes, I realize this isn't a really exciting blog post..but you know what?...who says it has to be. I am fearlessly determined to blog every day..or at least most every day and if that means blogging about how I opened the refrigerator door, or locked myself out of my house, or set the car alarm off, or tripped over my desk chair, or lost my favorite pen, or how school was, or all those other mundane teenage things....

then, so be it.

Laterr.
