Snap.

Well, it's been like..two weeks since I last wrote and quite a lot has taken place.

June 23 - 29 I helped in the kitchen for Sr. Girls week.

Ahh. Sr. Girls. They're so..interesting. During the times when I wasn't busy in the kitchen, I half enjoyed and half hated watching them. I enjoyed it because they can be ever so entertaining. Trying to be subtle and doing poorly or any number of other..weird things. I hated it because it terrifies me to think that that could've been me like 4+ years ago. All in all, I really enjoyed Sr. Girls week. It was a learning experience. A painful learning experience.

From June 30 - today, I was a counselor at a special needs' (autism, down syndrome, ADD, etc.) camp. Same location (ptl) but totally different structure. I can't really say much more about this week than I already have SEVERAL times. It's probably one of my favorite weeks of the year. It can be INSANELY refreshing to bring joy to those campers. The way they light up..it's just..one of the best things ever.

Now, I'm home.

But, only for a week.

I go to camp again, but this time, I'll be a camper. I'm not really sure how I feel about that. It'll be totally bizarre to NOT have to worry about getting up to make breakfast or help my camper change her clothes.

I can't believe summer is half over already. But, then again, what am I saying? I've been done with school since April 25th:P

Really though..the busier you stay, the faster time goes by..

PS - The name of this blog post is in reference to the fact that my new popular choice of word is "snap."
