Let's Give it a Shot..

So, I saw this on a friend's blog..who saw this on her sister-in-law's blog..

I figured I'd give it a shot because 1) I feel guilty for not having blogged in awhile and 2) I feel like I really need to do this to prove I can do something for 10 days straight..Here goes nothing...

10 Secrets

1) There's a stuffed animal that I've had since I was 3. His name is Puppy, and I honestly believe that I'd cry if something happened to him. We've had to re-attach limbs over the years, but still, I just can't seem to get rid of him. 

2) I had a pacifier when I was younger..and I called it a 'binky'. Haha, I really couldn't tell you why. But late at night, I'd scream bloody murder if I didn't have my pacifier. Thankfully, I kicked this habit at the golden age of 4. 

3) Sometimes, I miss the North. A lot. I miss my family. I miss my school. I miss my friends. I miss my church. I miss the food. Which leads me to the next 'secret'.

4) Food..I really love it. 

5) Once, I scored on the wrong goal in soccer. No, I was not under the age of 10 :P

6) I have this special box that's filled with stuff I've found "important" over the years. Old birthday cards, little stories I wrote, pictures I clipped out, old money, old Ipod boxes, old newspapers. Every now and then I will actually sit on my bed and go through the stuff and smile at the memories of why I saved it in the first place. 

7) When I was 8, I convinced my brother that he was adopted for the better part of a day. Mean, I know. 

8) Sometimes, I really hate being the oldest child..

9) When I was 7, I got lost at Water Country USA for about 45 minutes until I finally worked up the nerve to ask a lifeguard to help me find my parents. 

10) Lately, I've been wishing, more than ever, that I could stay this age for...a good, long time. 

There it is. My 10 secrets. If you were looking for a scandal, I'm sorry to have wasted your time. I really am going to try to keep up with this, since, as of late my blogging has been at the minimum. So, if you read my blog and I haven't posted something about this time tomorrow, keep me accountable and email me! Trust me, I'd really appreciate it, haha.
